Warehouse Clerk

REPORTING: Operations Management

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an energetic and reliae Warehouse Clerk to perform day-to-day task. The Warehouse Clerk assist in the receiving, shipping, logistics, warehouse, storage and distribution activities throughout the assigned facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    Assists with the daily activities of the Inventory, Receiving, Shipping and Warehouse Departments.
    Ensures products, parts and supplies are shipped, distributed, and or received in an effective manner.
    Ensure Inventory levels are maintained and cycle counted as required.
    Assists with the receiving process to ensure that the packing lists from received materials, products, and repair units are verified against return authorization information in the system per Receiving Work Instructions and jobs are issued accordingly in a timely manner.
    Assists with the shipping process to ensure that the products and devices are shipped according to schedule, while maintaining 100% accuracy.
    Assists with the Daily Pending Receiving and Daily Pending Shipping Reports on daily basis and coordinates efforts to resolve discrepancies with the Customer Service or Customer Relations Departments. Monitors all open CAPA’s against receiving binder
    Maintains records to identify the location of parts and materials dispatched.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Associates of Arts Degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience.
    Experience in receiving, shipping, warehouse experience, including some experience in supervising and managing employees.
    Working knowledge of M/S Word and M/S Excel, other related programs.
    Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to operate a variety of warehouse equipment.
    Ability to lift 40 pounds.

Salary $18 - $20 hourly
