Strategic Accounts Coordinator

REPORTING: Operations Department

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an energetic and reliable Strategic Accounts Coordinator to perform day-to-day tasks. Strategic Accounts Coordinators provides and coordinates multi-departmental administrative and internal repair support. Maintains OEM accounts and strategic customer requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    Provides administrative support for OEM and other strategic accounts, including preparation of correspondence, proposals and price quotations
    Supports customers by issuing SO’s/RA’s, follows up with customers on quoted repair items and pending inquiries
    Creates and organizes records of business correspondence using databases and other files related to operations and repair activity
    Maintains pending and confirmed binders, creates, monitors, prepares pre-invoicing packets, and creates packing lists and air bills
    Organizes, maintains and prepares a variety of reports related to repairs and operational activities, when applicable
    Observes current procedures and recommends changes for greater efficiency
    Provides internal support to Operations Department, managing delivery and shipment deadlines
    Responsible for final process for quality check across multiple departments
    Achieves and maintains customer satisfaction via OEM vendor scores

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Two years of experience servicing customers in computer industry, related field or equivalent work experience
    Strong verbal, written, analytical, public relation and interpersonal skills
    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Windows Desktop Application
    Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
