Business Development Representative

HOURS: Monday - Friday

REPORTING: Sales Management

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an energetic and reliable Business Development Representative to perform day-to-day sales tasks, playing a key role in the implementation of the company’s sales and marketing strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    Conduct pre-call research on target companies and identify decision-makers.
    Make cold outreach to targeted companies, via phone and email, to schedule appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team.
    Represent Quest International and our services in a professional and engaging manner.
    Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales and marketing to increase the conversion rate of marketing leads to qualified sales prospects.
    Develop and maintain leads pipeline utilizing sales CRM.
    Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to continuously improve our sales strategy and offerings.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Diploma or GED is required.
    1+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, and selling services, is required.
    Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
    Must possess a positive, can-do, attitude.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Must be resilient and demonstrate grit and determination when necessary.
    Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet sales objectives.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Must possess a growth mindset and a desire to learn.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales tech tools.

SALARY: $37,440 - $52,000 per year
