Quest is currently certified as an approved FAA repair station. Quest also holds an Accessory Class III, Limited Radio Rating and provides service on In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) equipment.

When a product arrives at a Quest repair center an RMA / reverse logistics process is triggered. Quest's experienced engineers and technicians
will test and evaluate the device, identify the malfunctioning part(s), and source its replacement per OEM standards. Depending on its needs,
the product will be inspected or repaired. We'll then carefully re-assemble the device with new components and calibrate it to the device
manufacturer's specifications. Our quality control will validate the serviced product, verify documentation, and provide an 8130-3 certificate.
Upon completion, the product will be shipped to the end-user or to a warehouse as a refurbished goods inventory.
As a registered FAA Part 145 and EASA Approved Repair Station, Quest International has the experience to maintain and repair In-Flight Entertainment devices.
For nearly 20 years, Quest’s maintenance facility has been certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) under Title 14 of the
Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) Part 145 and is engaged in maintenance, preventive maintenance, and inspection of aircraft parts.
