Vidar Revolution 4200

Available through Quest International, the REVOLUTION Microarray Scanner Family (4200 and 4550) is an open platform designed to support scans from 5- to 50-micron resolution. This resolution allows the scanner to handle spot feature sizes down to 50 microns (e.g. Combimatrix’s CustomArray™ 12K) as well as spot densities of several hundred thousand (e.g. the Agilent 244K microarray). The software is flexible enough to support commercially printed slides, slides printed for smaller research projects as well as Laboratory-Developed Tests (LDTs). These projects will often vary much more in layout and run size.
