Position Title: Service Administration Assistant

Position Summary:
Provides administrative support and internal sales support for Service Administration Department under Operations in completing required documentation for shipment, customer follow-up, customer-required reports, and other management related reports
Reporting Structure:
Service Administration Manager
Essential Functions:
Set up new customer accounts
Accept incoming service calls
Handles correspondence from and to existing customers for Service Administration
Provides customer support, status calls, and other sales support related inquiries
Provides administrative support to Sales Department including preparation of sales quotation and other related follow-ups
Prepares customer reports according to customer specifications
Process customer quotes and sales orders
Data entry of sales order
Prepare daily shipping documents
Follows ISO 9001 quality system processes
Other Responsibilities:
Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Handles other work-related projects as assigned
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Two years of professional experience in customer support, related field, or equivalent work experience
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of display technology, electronics, or computer industry
Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in M/S Word, M/S Excel, and other related programs
