Position Title: Order Processing (Account Maintenance)
Department: Sales
Position Summary:
Provides administrative and sales support for Sales Support Management Department
in completing required documentation for shipment, customer follow-up, customer
required reports, and other management related reports.
Essential Functions:

Issues R.A. (Return Authorization) numbers for customer orders and
completes R.A. Information Sheet for Service Administration

Handles data entries required for Service Administration

Prepares documents required for shipping orders per customer specifications
-
Handles correspondence from and to existing customers for Service
Administration

Provides customer support, status calls, and other sales support related
inquiries and activities under direct supervision of Service Administration
Manager

Prepares quotation and estimate and follows up with customers with
approval status under direct supervision of Service Administration Manager
-
Prepares customer reports according to customer specifications under
direct supervision of Service Administration Manager

Observes and recommends procedure changes to Service Administration
Manager or Designee for greater efficiency in Service Administration
functions

Performs and handles other work-related duties and projects as assigned

Follows ISO 9001 quality system processes

Job Requirements:

Two years of professional experience in customer support, related
field, or equivalent work experience

Knowledge of Video Display Technology and Computer Industry

Proficiency in M/S Office, and Internet Application

Strong written, verbal, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills

Ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines
