Position Title: IT Sales Representative
Department: Information Technology Solutions Division
Position Summary:
Responsible for revenue generation and promoting IT solutions via maintenance contracts and HW equipment sales and services.
Essential Functions:

Maintains existing client base and promotes new business to achieve the assigned revenue objectives
- Provide sales of computer hardware and services using various OEM reselling channels
Reviews market analysis information to determine the current needs of customer volume potential, price schedules, and forecasts the potential new market based on the future needs of customer
Develops sales campaigns in alignment with company goals for profitable items and recommends elimination of unprofitable items from sales lines and inventory
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volumes and potential sales; reports results to Top Management
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent education/experience
- Knoweledge of OEM channels including but not limited to HP/Compaq, IBM, Sun, Dell, Cisco and any other HW vendors a plus
Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasive and interpersonal skills
Thorough knowledge of information technology and computer industry
