Position Title: Inside Sales Representative
Department: Imaging Systems Division
Position Summary:
Coordinates sales activities of the company to provide inside sales support for the ISD Sales Department. Solicits orders for Quest products and services.
Essential Functions:
Inbound and outbound calls from current and prospective customers; explains types of Quest products and services offered in an effort to promote ongoing and new sales and business
Primary emphasis will be inside sales (telesales) within one of several assigned markets, based on a direct mail campaign and other leads that are generated
Quotes verbal and written prices to prospects and customers
Generates necessary correspondence to and from existing and prospective customers that are required for ongoing business, sales purposes and services
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience
One-year sales experience in a related industry
Knowledge of Video Display Technology and Computer Industry
Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasive, and interpersonal skills
