Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:
Provides administrative support to Sales Department
Essential Functions:

Composes and prepares business correspondence

Maintains files of correspondence and other records for the appropriate
Sales Department

Organizes and prepares a variety of reports, letters, and internal
documents for the appropriate Sales Department

Maintains and updates customer ACT database
-
Provides administrative support to the appropriate Sales Department
including preparation of sales quotation and other related follow-ups
-
Provides back up support and assists in the appropriate sales related
functions including mass mailing of marketing information not limited
to external newsletters to customers, other marketing letters, and brochure
packages

Plans conferences and meeting; makes travel reservations and keeps
calendar of appointments for the appropriate Sales Manager and other
sales staff as needed basis

Experience required: Minimum 1 year

Job Requirements:

College course work in business administration, related field, or
equivalent work experience

Strong verbal, written, analytical, public relation and interpersonal
skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Act

Ability to type at least 45 WPM accurately; ability to use office
equipment

Ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines
