From medical displays sales & repair, to establishing special repair/loaner programs, Quest is renowned for its ability to provide the medical community with results oriented service for all makes of imaging peripherals.
Quest provides several repair programs tailored to meet the needs of each customer. Quest is an authorized service center for Totoku, Fimi, Sony, Image Systems, Mitsubishi, Clinton, Iiyama, Panasonic and Orwin. Quest also has extensive experience in repairing Philips, Siemens, Barco, Data Ray, Tektronix plus numerous other industrial & medical displays & imaging peripherals.
Display Sales & Repair: Quest's LCD and CRT based monitor display and servicing department provides sales, repair, hardware updates and modifications on all lines of color and monochrome monitors & displays. With over 3,000 LCD and display monitors in our inventory, we are able to meet almost any new or legacy display requirement.
Quest is recognized for the repair of high-end 1.3, 2, 4 & 5 megapixel medical displays used in PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) as well as teleradiology systems. Quest has the systems & video cards in place to properly test and align these medical displays, ensuring that the repair is done correctly, and timely. Quest is the authorized master distributor & service center for Totoku medical displays and monitors, as well as an authorized reseller of NEC large screens and medical displays and Sony medical products.
VCR/VTR & Printer Repair: With the same skill and professionalism applied to repair of industrial and medical displays/monitors, Quest provides comprehensive repair and remanufacturing for all lines (i.e., Sony, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, HP and Lexmark) of medical grade VCR/VTR's & printers.
CRT Re-Manufacturing: Quest's cathode ray tube (CRT) re-manufacturing facility supports all types of monochrome and color picture tube requirements, including ultra high-resolution medical displays. We are able re-manufacture discontinued and obsolete CRT's to provide long-term product support. |
