Sales & Business Development Manager
Responsibilities include be not limited to:
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, onboard training and review process development for Quest’s sales team.
- Manage Quest’s Sales Team by planning and implementing sales development programs and success factors.
- Establish an operational sales strategy including sales forecasting, best practices and quotation order process.
- Proven ability to develop and initiate strategies for sales revenue and business development.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Communications) or equivalent experience with proven ability to develop a successful sales operational plan.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills, coaching, analytical skills, and detail oriented organizational skills are required.
