IT Field Service Manager
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage Field Service Engineers supporting Quest Customers’ IT datacenters and sites in order to meet agreed to onsite service level agreements (SLA’s) and provide excellent customer experience.
- Establish and design field staffing, inventory and logistical models for service parts required to maintain covered install base for optimum efficiency.
- Develop workflow processes, set goals and conduct performance reviews for the field service team.
- Responsible for IT operations including scheduling, training, managing resources, and logistics.
- Must have excellent people and time management, leadership, and organization skills.
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills with excellent written and oral communication skills.
