IT Customer Care Manager
Responsibilities include be not limited to:
- Direct the IT field service activities, call desk, outsourced service supplies, software support, technical support, and IT Sales Support.
- Manage IT customer service; gather and analyze customer requests skillfully; understand customer’s needs, develop alternate solutions and respond promptly to customer needs; solicit customer feedback to improve service; respond to requests for service and assistance in a timely manner.
- Seven years professional experience in IT and customer service, including a minimum of five years supervising and managing staff.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
