Human Resources Director
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage Human Resources activities in organizational development, benefits design and administration, workers’ compensation, performance reviews, labor and employee relations issues.
- Supervise and provide consultation to management on Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action Policy, compensation, benefits, training and development, labor relations and strategic succession planning to achieve company operational goals.
- Ten years professional experience in human resources management including minimum of five years supervising and managing staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
